My favorite holiday is New Years.  I love it. I love the reflection and planning that comes with a new year.  For the most part, I’m a, “God faces your forward for a reason” type person, but at year end, I do like a bit of reflection and review so that I know how to move forward with a plan and most importantly HOPE and excitement for the future.

Your Mission

Your mission this month is to reflect on the year.  You can do it on your own or as part of a team building activity.

After this month’s All Access segment, you’ll have a tool to reflect, use as a team building exercise and prepare for your best year ever.

Simplicity

Our method is a SIMPLE, easy, and quick form for reflection and planning.  This is not to be confused with strategic planning.  This is more of a personal reflection for you and your business.

The template and explanation is in Build Your Own CFO under Year In Review along with detailed instructions on how to use it with your team.

Here is a quick summary of the template:

  • What went right?
  • What went wrong?
  • What will I add/change/subtract next year to increase value or lower stress?

That’s it!

We hope that your year was full of prosper, joy, abundance, profits and fun and wish you an even better next year!  Thank you for being a part of our online family!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family to yours!

(If you would like to do a similar activity in your home, try this. There is always some groaning with the boys, but looking back at what they wrote is so much fun.  It also helps our family set goals for what we want to accomplish during the coming year based on what our kid’s are interested in.)
